At Gopal Gir Farm, we deal in natural and consumable food products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted only if:

• The product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
• The product packaging is leaking or defective

To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
• The amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company (refund posting may take time).
3. Contact your bank for processing delays.

If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

Sale items

Items purchased during clearance sales, special discount offers, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Expired
• Defective
• Incorrect product delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of issue. Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping returns

Since our products are edible items (ghee, honey, and organic food products), we do not accept returns once the seal is opened.

If a return is approved (in case of damage or wrong product):

• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping instructions will be shared via email.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
